My Story

After a beautiful life change at 30, I decided at a friends suggestion to go to Massage School.

 

I found my passion.

 

I graduated Redding School of Massage in 2006 and obtained my license in Advanced Massage Therapy Modalities at Chico Wellness and Therapy in 2013. I have 15 years of experience working closely with other healthcare professionals such as PCP, chiropractors, physical therapists and acupuncturists.  

 

I feel it is very important to have massage therapy be a part of your regular healthcare plan. I can perform relief related but not limited to car accidents, structural imbalance, & injury. The human body has a lot of different specialists- let me be your muscle specialist!

I will gladly work with any of your other providers to ensure continuity of care. IE: PCC, Acupuncturist, Naturalpath, Chiropractor, etc.

I love living Montana life- hunting, fishing, lake life and spending time with my family! I am always up for a new adventure, conquering fears & crushing goals!
